Dreaming of Che Guevara

In the post-industrial town of Newport on the Isle of Wight, the future seems to belong to everyone but the working class. Tom, Jack and Helen are sick of the system that gives the privileged pupils of Ryde Private School all the advantages

When a tense encounter sparks their rebellion, the trio decides to challenge the system by standing for executive positions in the upcoming Inter-School Council elections, usually reserved for the pupils of Ryde. But to win, they must fight dirty. With the help of a school newspaper editor, they set out to expose secrets and blackmail their privileged rivals into submission.

As their campaign spirals into scandal, the line between revolution and corruption begins to blur. Their dream of overturning an unjust system becomes a ruthless pursuit of power, with consequences none of them can control…

In a world of privilege and ambition, how much are they willing to sacrifice to win?
