Heidi Gallacher is a Swiss-British writer who now lives near Zurich, having grown up in Wales.
As an author, she focuses on bringing history to life. She is excited about the release of her forthcoming historical novel, A Theory in Vienna. The novel is set in Budapest and Vienna in the mid-19th century and conveys the incredible journey of Ignaz Semmelweis, a medical hero whom most people have never heard of.
Heidi holds a master’s degree in Creative Writing. Her other interests include travelling, swimming and singing.
