Jo Chinn

A former police superintendent who worked on policing the 2012 Olympic Games, the Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations and the London Riots, Jo lives in the New Forest with her husband and dog. When not writing, she investigates the past and has documented her family tree back to 1420. 

Jo also enjoys photography, mountain biking, yoga, and rescuing sick orchids. She also does voluntary work helping a local group maintain an area of natural green space in her neighbourhood. 

She is an alumna of the Oxford Online Creative writing course, having completed the introductory course in 2022, followed by the advanced course in 2024.
