Author
Peter Perkins lives with his wife, Pat, and their two cats in the South African seaside town of Kleinmond. He studied economics at Rhodes and Wits, and for thirty-five years worked as an economist in Johannesburg and Pretoria. Along the way, he completed a BA degree in Latin and the history of music at Unisa. His lifelong love of music began in choirs at church, school, and university, and his first book—When Robins Nest—is an introduction to opera.
